Every product on our Approved List is plant-based, EcoLogo or GREENGUARD certified, and available at Metro Vancouver stores. Bleach-based sprays, synthetic fragrances, and abrasive powders are PROHIBITED. If anyone in your home has sensitivities, allergies, or young children, tell us at booking and we'll flag it for your cleaner every time.

Tell us at booking. There's a dedicated field for allergies, sensitivities, and product preferences. Your cleaner sees this note before every visit and brings appropriate fragrance-free, sensitivity-safe products. Your allergy profile is saved permanently to your account so you never need to re-enter it.

Your cleaner submits photos via app throughout the job. Supply kit on arrival, each room on completion, and a departure photo. You receive the full report in your inbox within an hour of the clean finishing. This is standard on every visit, not just the first one.

Yes. Once you've had a clean you love, you can request the same contractor permanently. For recurring clients, we assign your preferred cleaner by default. They learn your home's specific needs and preferences over time.

We maintain a strict Approved Product List covering every surface type. Approved brands include Method, Attitude (Canadian, EcoLogo certified), Bona (GREENGUARD Gold for hardwood), and Ecover. All are plant-based and free from bleach, synthetic fragrances, and abrasive compounds.

Yes. Pacific Home Concierge carries a $2M commercial general liability policy covering all jobs and registered with Worksafe BCr. Every contractor on our team also carries their own personal liability insurance We're registered with WorkSafeBC. You're protected on all sides.
